Rachael Drew
Senior Program Manager, Consulting
Rachael is a Senior Program Manager of Consulting at SecondMuse based in Boston, MA. On the consulting team, she works with purpose-driven client organizations to co-create solutions and realize impact goals through the research, strategy, design, and implementation phases that SecondMuse offers.
Rachael brings experience as project manager and 'expert generalist' to her work. Prior to SecondMuse, spent 8 years at MIT Solve running global social impact challenge competitions focused on financial inclusion, economic prosperity, healthcare, workforce development, US issues, and more. She also led the launch and pilot years of Solve's Indigenous Communities Fellowship program. Raised in Boise, Idaho, she spent summers in the Sawtooth Mountains of central Idaho. When not looking at screens, she enjoys the outdoors, reading memoirs, and deep cleaning. Rachael holds an MA in Global & International Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
