David Ball
Head of Well-Being
David Ball is the Head of Well-Being at SecondMuse, which includes the Headstream Accelerator, Rooted and Rising Collective, and Youth 2 Innovator programs. These programs focus on supporting the well-being of LGBTQIA+ teens and youth of color by catalyzing digital solutions in the ed-tech, social tech, and digital health systems.
Over the last five years, David has driven this portfolio of initiatives focused on working with changemakers and industry leaders to create digital places and experiences where young people can thrive, reaching over 3 million youth. Previously, David has led education, economic development, and social entrepreneurship programs around the world. These programs have ranged from an education initiative with Major League Baseball in the Dominican Republic to the development of a commercialization and conservation strategy for the US National Park Service.
